His background in the lobbying and banking industries enables him to give strategic expert and cross-disciplinary advice. He regularly advises on a broad range of matters such as international tax & estate planning, coordination and structuring of assets, tax aspects of relocation to or from Switzerland, administrative assistance in tax matters, as well as corporate taxation. He also represents clients in tax litigation and criminal tax proceedings.
Emmanuel acted as an executive of the Geneva Chamber of Commerce, Industry and Services and was heavily involved in drafting tax laws currently in force in the Canton of Geneva. He then practiced as a tax attorney in a major Geneva law firm, before being appointed Head of Tax of a large Swiss private bank.
His working languages are French, English and Italian. He also has good command of German.
