Frédéric regularly advises individuals in respect to their tax and estate planning, wealth restructuring and charitable projects. His activity also includes corporate matters, where he assists domestic and multinational companies on M&A transactions, due diligence, audit, restructuring, corporate & real estate financing, and double tax treaty applications.
His 10 years as CEO of a large accounting firm enabled him to acquire the knowledge and extensive know-how to deal with complex tax situations and lead negotiations with tax authorities to secure tax rulings. Solution-minded and responsive, he partners with his clients to accompany and enhance their projects.
Frédéric is on the Board of the Geneva section of EXPERTsuisse. He is also member of the International Fiscal Association (IFA) and the “Romand” Order of Tax Experts (OREF).
