LL.M. Intellectual Property & New Technologies

Frédéric is a highly-experienced litigation lawyer with a strong focus on intellectual property and commercial dispute resolution. He also designs legal strategies and manages key projects for his clients.

Frédéric assists and represents a broad range of clients, from entrepreneurs to listed companies, in all intellectual property fields, including unfair competition, both contentious and non-contentious. He also devotes a substantial part of his time to complex and high-stakes disputes, including cross-border. Working alongside his clients as a trusted advisor, he provides strategic advice to problem solve key issues and manages projects beyond legal expertise.

Having worked for 15 years in a major Swiss law firm and as in-house Counsel of a major actor in the luxury goods industry, he has in-depth knowledge of the legal and business needs of his clients and is recognised to be a “sophisticated litigator” who “never loses sight of his clients’ interests” and “thinks outside the box in challenging disputes“.

Frédéric is co-Chair of the IP Committee of the International Pacific Bar Association (IPBA) and a member of the “Famous and Well Known Marks” team of MARQUES. He teaches intellectual property at the SAE Institute in Geneva, a global leader in creative media education.

His working languages are French and English.
