Melina’s practice focuses on intellectual property and commercial dispute resolution.
Melina represents domestic and international clients in intellectual property and commercial litigation proceedings before Swiss courts and administrative bodies. With an affinity for trademark and unfair competition issues, she has experience in advising clients in developing IP strategies and negotiating/drafting IP and technology-related contracts such as licensing, R&D and technology transfer, film production, endorsement and IT-related agreements.
She joined HOUSE attorneys in 2018 after working several years in the IP department of a major Swiss law firm and graduating from Stanford Law School (Fulbright Scholar) with a LL.M. degree in Law, Science and Technology.
Her working languages are French and English. She has good command of German and Greek.
