Melina represents domestic and international clients in intellectual property matters, commercial contracts and dispute resolution. With an affinity for trademark and unfair competition issues, she has experience in advising clients in developing IP strategies and negotiating/drafting IP and technology-related contracts. In addition to her advisory and transactional expertise, she regularly represents clients in commercial litigation proceedings before Swiss courts and administrative bodies.
Melina’s secondment to the in-house team of a major player in the luxury industry enabled her to acquire deep knowledge of her clients’ business needs and she is recognised as a “rising star” and “one to keep on the radar” by leading legal directories.
She joined HOUSE attorneys in 2018 after working several years in the IP and litigation departments of a major Swiss law firm and graduating from Stanford Law School (Fulbright Scholar) with a LL.M. degree in Law, Science and Technology.
